As our products are made to order , cancellations are not permitted unless notified to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of the order being placed. We will always try to assist with changes of mind but the sooner we know, the better. We are only little, so talk to us and we will try to be as flexible as possible, HOWEVER, once a item is posted , an order cannot be cancelled.
We will give a partial refund of 80% on goods returned provided they are received by us no later than 30 calendar days after date of initial shipment. These returns must be unopened and unused.
We will not provide refunds on personalised items, items that might be perishable (food), intimate items and items that were bought on sale.
Order for our special occasion personalised jars ( wedding favours etc) will require a 50 % deposit up front and should be ordered with us through an email . We will call you to talk through what you need and the deposit will allow us to get on with the unique requirements of your order. Cancellations will result in loss of deposit but again speak to us, and we will see what we can do.
